Yesterday was a brilliant day for bird watching on Ramsey - Lots of breeding sea birds, also Chough, Raven, Groups of up to 18 Red kite, Peregrine falcon, Buzzard, Kestrel, Pipits, Finches and Ramsey is possibly the best place to see Wheatears in Wales.

Sea bird breeding colonies really come to life in the evening - I have heard it said a Guillemot has the smallest 'nesting' territory of any bird - could be true the way these birds are 'packed' into their High Rise accommodation at Newquay

A 'quick visit' to RSPB Bempton (680 miles round trip) was brilliant - to see, smell, and take photos of the 1000's of sea birds breeding there - not just sea birds but others - shown are Gannets in the setting sun, Puffin, Razorbill and, Tree Sparrow.
