Showing well today at the Gann the American wigeon - seemingly with a Eurasion lady friend, also 20+ Brent geese, a Little egret etc etc and, a first for me there in the form of a Red kite.

If only the weather would stay like this until Spring !!
This is the first ever Masked Wagtail seen in the British Isles was recently at Camrose (Pembrokeshire) near where I live. This species is normally only seen in Kazakhstan, Iran and Afghanistan. How lucky to have a first for the GB on my doorstep was that !!

This afternoon two Whooper Swans seen in a stubble field going from St David's to Solva. One wonders why only one adult and one Juv (which looks worn out) Hopefully the weather will be better tomorrow for a search around in case there are more locally.

Another lovely day spent this time at Westfield Pill - nice to see so many people out walking and enjoying the wonderful sunshine, reflections and, a visiting Red necked grebe (in it's winter coat) also lots of Little grebes + many other birds as well
